Evolution Launch Live Lightning Baccarat
Evolution Gaming has launched Live Lightning Baccarat, another game to be given the lightning multiplier treatment.
Launched to coincide with the Chinese New year, Live Lightning Baccarat is the latest live dealer game to be given the “Lightning” treatment by Evolution Gaming.
Resplendent in a new studio that befits its Asian heritage with 21st century technology; lightning Baccarat offers up the potential for a maximum win multiplier of 262,144x.
Put simply, before every game round, up to 5 cards are randomly chosen from a virtual 52 card deck of playing cards. Multipliers are then assigned to each card, up to a max of 8x.
If any of these cards are dealt to the winning Player or Banker hand the winnings will be multiplied by that value.
There is a 20% Lightning fee taken on the total value of the players bet before the cards are dealt.
Multiple multiplier cards in a hand mean even bigger wins with each multiplier being consecutively applied to the win amount.
Live Lightning Baccarat pay outs are the same as normal baccarat except when for Ties and Pair pay outs which are paid at a reduced rate of 5:1 & 9:1 respectively.

Evolution Chief Product Officer Todd Haushalter said:
“Two years ago we launched the multi award-winning Lightning Roulette, which has become one of the biggest games in company history.
We followed this up with Lightning Dice, which has also been immensely popular. Adding multipliers and our Lightning theme on top of the most traditional game yet, Baccarat, was a natural next step in our Lightning family. Baccarat players love volatility and we are giving them all they can handle with Lightning Baccarat!”
I have tried to be objective and consistent with all my live casino reviews. Hopefully, they will strike a chord with you, but I thought it might be helpful to explain the criteria I use to mark each of the casinos. Hopefully, the categories and explanations make sense.
Playability – What is the overall impression of the casino? Did I have a good time? are the dealers nice and chatty and is everything easy to understand? Does it have a good set of games and is there a comprehensive set of betting options? Are high stakes players taken care of?
Software – What is the software like to use and does it integrate well with the rest of the casino?. Are the images clear and is the video streaming fast? Have they taken more than the default shared tables? Is it available on mobile?
Payment Options – Does the casino have a good variety of payment options? Do they payout quickly and on time?
Security – How good is the reputation of the casino amongst other players? Do they hold a valid gaming license? Are they transparent about the security measures they have in place? Are they regularly audited? Do they publish this information?
Support – Do they have multiple methods for communication with me? Is support available 24×7? Do they have instant chat and are they quick to respond? Are they able to help me immediately? Do they have an online FAQ and self-help library? Are the support people knowledgeable about the product I’m playing?
Bonuses – Do they have bonuses?. How strict are the wagering requirements? Do they offer repeat bonuses?. Do they offer loyalty points and can they be redeemed for cash or playing credits?
After all that, would I play there regularly?
