In mid-December 2021, Playtech released their second branded game, Who Wants to Be A Millionaire Live Roulette, a live dealer game show, using Live Roulette as the main mechanic with elements of the game show to generate multiplier payouts.

The last option is a 50 x or 100x multiplier win that can be gambled through a 5 round millionaire game to increase the payouts to 150x or 300x.
