Evolution Golden Wealth Baccarat promises to be a luckier game than lightning baccarat, delivering more multiplier wins and giving players who bet small the chance to win big.

Evolution has certainly done that with Golden Wealth Baccarat Live, which delivers more and more multipliers, that can lead to some insane multiplier wins.
Golden Wealth Baccarat is played to the same rules as regular baccarat, the only difference is the addition of five multiplier cards each game round, which can boost payouts on winning hands by as much as 512x on a Banker or Player win, and 262,144x on a Tied hand win.
In this review, I’m going to explain how the Golden Card multipliers work and how using the Baccarat Roadmaps may help you bet smarter.
Here are seven things you need to know about Evolution Golden Baccarat.
Golden Wealth Baccarat Live is a live dealer game that uses RNG augmented reality animation to pick the golden cards and assign the multipliers.
All other aspects of the game are live, and follow the standard dealing styles of most Evolution live casino games.
A rather larger kidney-shaped table sits in an Asian styled live casino studio, flanked by two golden dragons on either side.
On the table are two playing positions and the card dealing shoe. At the centre front of the table sits an animated “Magical Golden Pot”, from which the five multiplier cards are drawn.
When betting time is open, players can place bets on the Banker, Player and Tie Positions.

Once betting time has closed, a 20% fee is added to the bet amount to cover the cost of entry into the Golden Round, where the five Golden Cards are picked and the multiplier values are assigned.
Once betting time has closed the Golden Round begins, which is the process of picking the five golden cards and assigning multipliers to them.
Five cards are randomly drawn from a virtual 52 card deck each game round and five multipliers ranging from 2x, 3x, 5x and 8x are allocated to each card.
The five cards are displayed in the playing interface along with the multipliers.
The croupier deals cards to the player and banker hands in accordance with standard baccarat rules. Extra cards are dealt if the hands meet the third card rule.
If during the dealing process Golden Cards are dealt, they along with their multiplier values are highlighted on the screen.
The hand closest to or equally nine is the winner unless the two hands total the same, which then becomes a draw.
The payout for the winning hand is calculated based on whether the hand contains any Golden cards.
If the hand has one Golden card the payout is multiplied by that value.
If there are multi golden cards in the hand these are multiplied together giving the final payout value.
For example, if you had 5x and 3x Golden cards in the winning hand, the payout would be 15x.
If the hand contained three 8x golden cards, the payout would be 8 times 8 times 8 equals 512.
The maximum payout would be for a tied hand with six golden cards each valued at 8x. This gives a payout of 262,144x.
The maximum payout for a winning hand is capped at £500,000.
The main reason for playing Golden Wealth Baccarat is to have multiplier cards in your winning hands.
There is no way to determine which cards will become Golden Cards or what the multiplier value are. A fresh virtual deck of 52 playing cards is used each game round to pick the cards from, which is performed using a Random Number Generator.
So, a playing strategy needs to concentrate on the main Hands – Banker and Player.

I’m going to describe a few strategies, they all rely on runs of results.
The best baccarat strategies are the ones that get you betting on runs when they occur and being at the start of a run at the right time.
Check the roads maps to see the previous results, and either:
Keep betting on the same position until you lose.
When you do lose, and you will, double your bet and bet on the opposite position.
If you win the next hand reduce the bet and continue on the same bet position. If you lose, double your bet and change betting position.
This strategy uses the Martingale strategy, so you need to have a large bankroll to enable the doubling of your bet amount. This will return you to your starting position, but can also bust you if you get in a losing run before a win occurs – hence the need for a larger bankroll.
Be very careful with this.

I think you have to look at Golden Wealth Baccarat in context with the other live baccarat games you can play.
Why would you play this version over normal baccarat or even Lightning baccarat?
The answer is easy, it’s the multipliers. That’s the only reason to play this version. The fact there are 5 each game round increase the chances of getting one in your hand. It’s why this has been described as the luckiest game.
You can ignore the fact the RTP and payouts for Ties and the side bets are lower if you want to play for the multipliers.
If value bets are what you’re after then don’t play a game with multipliers, stick to standard baccarat games as they are less volatile.
Can you win more playing Golden Wealth Baccarat? – of course, you can. Are you going to? – well that’s debatable over the long term.
My advice is to play carefully, make reasoned bets and hope you hit a multiplier or two.
Who’s the game best suited for? I’d say low rollers, as you can win a lot for a low initial stake and have some fun while doing that.
