Stakelogic Live Casino has been launched because well-known slots developer Stakelogic spotted a gap in the live casino market they intend to exploit.
In June 2021 they announced the launch of their new Live casino product – Stakelogic Live, a new website dedicated to the product and the purchase of a new studio in Malta.
The press release stated that Stake logic will go live with a range of game titles including blackjack, roulette, and a variety of live casino game shows.
The brand new studio is located in Birkirkara, Malta and has Twenty-Two tables.
The development team are based in Kiev and Belgrade, and Stakelogic aims to push the boundaries of live casino, coming up with a range of new live dealer features and innovations.
Stephan van den Oetelaar, CEO Stakelogic, commented:
“For Stakelogic it is a logical step forward to move into the live casino market segment. Many of our tier-1 clients repeatedly asked us to complement our service offering with live casino products. Therefore, Stakelogic will hit the ground running, as many of our clients have already committed to go with Stakelogic Live. We are very happy with the new team of Stakelogic Live and the energy this new business venture brings to our company.”
Anthony Sammut, Head of Live Casino at Stakelogic Live, said:
“Stakelogic has built an incredible reputation for designing and developing some of the most popular slot games in recent years and now we plan to do the same in the live casino sector.”
We have taken our pioneering and progressive approach to slot development and applied it to live casino to create games of distinction that will allow our operator partners to offer their players a superior experience across all of our live titles.
Of course, this has only been possible due to the incredible team that we have built to operate Stakelogic Live. They have already done a great job with the games we have for launch and I for one can’t wait to see the next live dealer titles that will roll off the production line.”
There has been no confirmation of when the first games will be released.
I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony Sammut when he worked at NetEnt Live. Anthony was responsible for the delivery and support of the live casino studio. I was very impressed with the installation, it was the tidiest and most compact I have ever seen. No doubt with Anthony’s experience Stakelogic will produce a quality live casino product.
This has intrigued me. I’m really interested to see what new features and innovation Stakelogic will bring to the live dealer niche. I’m not saying they won’t but it’s a bold claim in an already saturated market, where everyone else is saying the same.
There are of course some technologies that NetEnt Live used, that are no longer being utilised since Evolution shut them down, so I’m wondering whether we’ll see extensive use of Blue/Green screen technologies at Stakelogic?
An interesting fact is Stakelogic Live is likely to go live at the same sort of time as the other new live casino entrant, On-Air Entertainment.
Both live casino operations are run by ex NetEnt Live staff – with Anthony previously reporting to On-Air CEO Andreas Rengifo at NetEnt.
I suspect there may be some commonalities between the two products.
Stakelogic Live has Stakelogic behind them with live casino products being made available on their platform.
Expect to see existing customers of Stakelogic be the first to offer the Stakelogic Live Casino games.
