Big Bang Roulette Live Game Review

If Winfinity wanted to make a statement about multiplier roulette games, then Big Bang Roulette would be it.

They’ve gone from the industry-unique Cabaret Roulette, which gives multipliers to Inside and Outside bets, to a highly volatile multiplier roulette, where the top payout is 50,000x, but only if you’re betting on straight-up numbers, which also has a standard payout of 1:1!

It’s not a game for the fainthearted. You’ll need to understand how to play and which betting strategies work, which I cover in this review.

You’ll also see how this game stacks up against the competition and see me play a few game rounds in my video review.

Big Bang Roulette Live

Big Bang Roulette At A Glance

  • Played on a Live Roulette Wheel with a single Zero (European Roulette)
  • Between 3 to 15 multipliers up to 50,000x are assigned to numbers in each game.
  • Only straight-up bets benefit from the increased multiplier payouts.
  • The max payout is 50,000x or €250,000.
  • The base payout for a straight-up bet is 1:1 (reduced from 35:1).
  • All remaining Inside and Outside bets use the standard European Roulette paytable.
  • The RTP remains at 97.30%.

What is Big Bang Roulette?

Big Bang Roulette is a highly volatile live dealer game. The top multiplier is 50,000x, with payouts capped at €£$250,000.

Three to fifteen numbers on the betting grid can receive a multiplier each game round.

Only Straight-up number bets qualify for the multiplier payouts; consequently, the base payout for these bets has been reduced from the standard 35:1 to 1:1.

The payouts for all other bet types on the betting grid conform to the standard European roulette pay table.

In all other aspects, this is a standard game of roulette, but if you’re playing straight-up bets, you’ll either win a poultry 1:1 or a multiplier between 50x and 50,000x!

How To Play Big Bang Roulette with a Live Dealer

Playing Big Bang Roulette follows the typical sequence of betting in Roulette.

  1. You place your bets on the betting grid.
  2. Multipliers rain down and land on numbers on the betting grid.
  3. The dealer spins the roulette wheel.
  4. The Ball lands in a numbered pocket on the wheel, and players with an active bet covering the number receive their payouts.
  5. Straight-up winners receive 1:1 or a multiplier payout if the number has one.

Playing Your Bets

There are several ways to place your bets, and if you’re playing Straight-up bets, a few options make the process slightly easier.

  1. Place your bets directly on the betting grid, which is the most straightforward way of betting. Select your chip value and click or dab on the positions where you want to bet.
  2. Use the race track to place section, French, or neighbour bets. These cover the betting grid with a mixture of split and straight-up bets.
  3. Using the statistic panel, you can click on a section, number or selection of previous results numbers to place your bets.

There is also the option to switch the interface between three betting modes:

  1. The default speaks for itself; it’s the normal betting mode.
  2. Straight Up converts Inside Bets into the Straight Up equivalent. For example, if you placed a corner bet, one chip would cover four numbers. In this mode, four chips will cover each number.
  3. Full Complete will place every possible bet around one number on the grid. Only one is a straight-up number. The rest of the bets are Splits, Corners, etc.

The Betting Modes do not alter how the section bets using the race track are made. If you want to make them Straight-up bets, you must convert them manually to take advantage of the Multipliers.

Multipliers Rain Down

Between three and fifteen multipliers, ranging between 50x and 50,000x, rain down as fireballs and explode on the numbers on the betting grid, revealing their multipler values.

Dealer Spins The Wheel & Result

The dealer spins the roulette wheel in the opposite direction from the previous spin.

The ball skips and bounces around the wheel until it lands in one of the numbered pockets.

Players with bets covering that number receive their payouts.

The Best Betting Strategy for Big Bang Roulette

Betting and playing strategies are notoriously difficult to develop for multiplier roulette games. The thirst for multipliers often blinds people into ways of playing that are very high risk and will likely lead to some significant and quick losses.

My approach has always been to get the maximum play time out of a game, preserve my bankroll for as long as possible, and give myself a chance at a nice multiplier win.

Some of my key thoughts are:

  • Don’t expect to win a multiplier every game. Aim for one in fifteen spins instead, as this strategy helps set your expectations and the type of bets you make.
  • Don’t spend over 5% of your bankroll on a single game.

Strategy for Big Bang Roulette

You need to think differently about this game of roulette and almost ignore the Straight-up bets to make money – save the Multiplier wins. As straight-up bets only pay 1:1, you won’t make money playing them unless you get a multiplier win. So, switch your strategy to the other inside and outside bets, where the paytable is unchanged.

Treat the Straight-up bets as a side bet that can pay up to 50,000x.

My advice is to place bets where you get the total value of the payout. So any Splits bets are good, as are section bets on the wheel. Use Outside Bets for a more certain outcome.

Only play a few straight-up bets as your last thought.

Make sure your total bet amount is not more than you can win if your inside or outside bet comes in. That way, you’ll ensure you gain a small profit while waiting for the Stratight-up multiplier bet to come in. This strategy will keep your bankroll turning over, which is what you want in this game.

RTP

Winfinity Big Bang Roulette has an RTP of 97.03%.

How Big Bang Roulette Compares with Other Multiplier Roulettes

Big Bang Roulette is a highly volatile game. While the mechanics are the same as Lightning Roulette, Xxxtreme Lightning Roulette, Quantum Roulette, etc., the payout structure and value of the multipliers differ.

The main difference is the number and value of the multipliers and the base payout for the Straight-up number, which is 1:1. This changes the game’s dynamics. Where it’s possible to make a profit on regular straight-up wins on the other games, it’s not as easy with Big Bang Roulette.

The game’s presentation, with the fireball raining down on the betting grid, is also unique. The setting is more of a library than a casino floor, which makes this game less like casinos and more like backroom gambling.

The 50,000x multiplier is the headline in this game, with none of the other being able to compete with such a big payout. The nearest you get is 10,000x on Mega Fire Blaze Roulette.

There is definitely room for this game, as it’s different enough to stand on its own, but I think it needs to be played slightly differently from the other games because of the 1:1 Straight-up payout. The other bets become more important in your playing strategy.

Big Bang Roulette Results Tracker and Statistics

There is a good data set on previous results and statistical information on past game results.

It’s rather odd, but the past multiplier values are not displayed on the results, so you’ve got no idea how the game has been playing and what multiplier values have won over the past 500 game rounds. They start getting recorded as soon as you start playing, which is no good if you’re trying to judge whether it’s a good time to start playing.

Of course, previous results do not indicate what will happen in the future, but if you knew the 50,000x had been won just before you joined the table, you’d probably think it’s not worth playing and come back later.

Summary

Winfinity has done it again. They have produced a Live multiplier roulette game that pushes the limits regarding payouts and volatility.

Big Bang Roulette has the lowest and biggest payouts on their straight-up bets – 1x to 50,000x- creating a game with the highest possible volatility, depending on how you choose to play.

The presentation is excellent, and the added animation of the fireballs landing on the table is pure quality.

Alongside Cabaret Roulette, Winfinty has two games that can compete with the best.

Frequently Asked Questions?

What is Big Bang Roulette?

Big Bang Roulette is a Live Dealer game with multipliers by Winfinity. What differentiates it from other games is the number of multipliers, 3 to 15, and their value, 50x to 50,000x. The third difference is that Straight-Up numbers only pay 1:1.

What is the maximum Multiplier on Big Bang Roulette?

The maximum multiplier is 50,000x.

Is Big Bang Roulette better than Lightning Roulette or Xxxtreme Lightning Roulette?

They are similar games, but the volatility is different. In comparison, Lightning Roulette is the least volatile, with Xxxtreme followed by Big Bang Roulette. You stand to lose more and win less often, but bigger with Big Bang Roulette.

What is the RTP for Big Bang Roulette?

The RTP is 97.03% for Big Bang Roulette.

Is there a strategy for playing Big Bang Roulette?

I would say that the only way to play is to treat Straight-up bets like a side bet. Don’t bet on too many of them. Make your money instead by using other inside bets where you get paid the total value of the bet. Outside bets are a safer way to play, have reduced volatility, and allow you to turn your bankroll over more often.
