Evolution signs landmark deal with Flutter Entertainment brands Paddy Power and Betfair

Evolution Gaming, leading provider of Live Casino solutions, has announced that it has signed what it describes as “a major Live Casino deal” with Flutter Entertainment brands Paddy Power and Betfair.

Flutter Entertainment is a global sports betting, gaming, and entertainment provider, with a strong product and brand portfolio serving millions of customers worldwide.

The agreement will see the group’s Paddy Power and Betfair brands offer Evolution’s entire Live Casino portfolio, including Evolution’s exclusive game show titles such as Deal or No Deal Live and Lightning Roulette, as well as its international native speaking Roulette package.

Sebastian Johannisson, Chief Commercial Officer at Evolution Gaming, commented:

“This is a landmark agreement for Evolution, a significant deal that we have been working towards for a number of years. We are thrilled at the prospect of Flutter Entertainment’s powerhouse brands Paddy Power and Betfair presenting our world-leading Live Casino offering and we are sure that their players will relish our live gameshows offering.”

Johannisson added:

“We are honoured to be working with Flutter Entertainment. Our companies are very well matched in terms of ambition and culture, and we are confident that we are the perfect partner to take their Live Casino offering to the next level.”

Mike Phelan, Commercial Director at Paddy Power, said:

“We have seen the strong performance from Evolution’s product line over recent years. We are incredibly excited to be able to extend our offering in the Live Casino space by offering our players exclusive big brand live games such as Deal or No Deal Live and Lightning Roulette, to name just two of the big attractions in the Evolution games portfolio.”

Live Casino Comparer Comment

Well, this is a turn up and something I hadn’t expected. BetFair & Paddy Power have firmly been in Playtech’s camp, with both having made huge investments in their live casino products with dedicated environments and tables.

This will undoubtedly help both brands attract more live casino players, as Evolution offer an exclusive range of Live Entertainment games, not matched by Playtech.

Whether there’s room for both suppliers only the future will tell.

Personally I hope they are able to keep both. A Playtech Evolution Mix is an ideal marriage for players and it would be a shame to see them split. There is precedence thought, as Playojo currently has games from both suppliers.

About Neil’s Casino Comparer Reviews

I have tried to be objective and consistent with all my live casino reviews. Hopefully, they will strike a chord with you, but I thought it might be helpful to explain the criteria I use to mark each of the casinos. Hopefully, the categories and explanations make sense.

Playability – What is the overall impression of the casino? Did I have a good time? are the dealers nice and chatty and is everything easy to understand? Does it have a good set of games and is there a comprehensive set of betting options? Are high stakes players taken care of?

Software – What is the software like to use and does it integrate well with the rest of the casino?. Are the images clear and is the video streaming fast? Have they taken more than the default shared tables? Is it available on mobile?

Payment Options – Does the casino have a good variety of payment options? Do they payout quickly and on time?

Security – How good is the reputation of the casino amongst other players? Do they hold a valid gaming license? Are they transparent about the security measures they have in place? Are they regularly audited? Do they publish this information?

Support – Do they have multiple methods for communication with me? Is support available 24×7? Do they have instant chat and are they quick to respond? Are they able to help me immediately? Do they have an online FAQ and self-help library? Are the support people knowledgeable about the product I’m playing?

Bonuses – Do they have bonuses?. How strict are the wagering requirements? Do they offer repeat bonuses?. Do they offer loyalty points and can they be redeemed for cash or playing credits?

After all that, would I play there regularly?
