I received the following information from Authentic Gaming on their approach for dealing with the challenges created by the outbreak of the Coronavirus Covid-19.
Like all companies, they are following Government guidelines which could change at any time.
However, for the moment this is their position as of 16th March 2020.
In observance of the Covid-19 pandemic, we want to reassure you that we are taking the necessary actions to mitigate the disruption to our operations. This means putting our employees’ health and safety first, respecting local laws where applicable and initiating product replacement contingency plans where possible. Below are the measures we are taking:
Studio
We have a carefully throughout plan for the studio that will be rolled out in several phases.
This ranges from minimized staff onsite working the tables to an eventual replacement to automated mode should we arrive at a worst-case scenario.
Be comforted that, no matter how stringent the local laws in Malta, where our studio is based, are to become, the studio shall continue to be operational in a highly automated manner.
Authentic Roulette Tables
Due to a period of uncertainty with regards to possible shutdowns of our land-based casino partners where we are currently streaming from, we cannot at this point confirm what number of our landbased streamed tables will continue to be offered in the near future.
What we can promise is that in all cases, we will aim to mitigate the disruption either by continuing to have the table open just for online as we have already done with one land-based casino partner or by seamlessly guiding the End-user to an alternate AG table if that is not an option.
