Cyber Club Live Casino Review

June 2019 – Cyber Club Casino has Closed.

The Pros

  • 2 Live Casinos
  • Good Customer Service
  • UK Licensed

The Cons

  • Support not 24 x 7
  • Slow withdrawal times

June 2019 – Cyber Club Casino has closed down in rather strange circumstances.

You will not be able to play.

If you’re looking for a good casino that has Evolution and Ezugi games I can recommend Leo Vegas.

I’ve been promoting Cyber Club Live Casino for a few years, initially because they were one of a few casinos to have the Ezugi Live Casino solution.

Unfortunately they’ve recently swapped out Ezugi for Evolution Live Casino software.

I say that only because I like the Ezugi games and the improvements they’ve been making over the past few years.

Moving to Evolution software is an easy decision and quite understandable.

Evolution are the market leaders with 11 live casino games and they have a UK license, where as Ezugi only has 4 games and don’t have a UK license, which is obviously a limitation if your main target market is the UK.

Cyber Club also has live casino games from NetEnt. The two games are OK, but no-where near the quality of the Evolution games.

NetEnt Live Casino

The Netent live casino has a limited set games, with only Blackjack and Roulette being available. Both can be played on PC and Mobile devices.

  • Live Blackjack

This comes in two forms, Unlimited where one hand is dealt that many players can bet on. The stakes for this game are lower that the more traditional 7 Seat Blackjack, where the minimum stake is a hefty £200! There are no Blackjack sidebets.

  • Live Roulette

Roulette also comes in two forms, the more traditional European version in both VIP and Standard modes, although the only noticeable difference is the background imagery. La Partage is not available.

What’s unique about the Netent games is the technology they use. They are one of the few suppliers that really uses Green Screen/Chroma key technology.

Use of this allows them to create themed tables and environments very easily.  You’ll often find promotions are themed with some of NetEnts well known slots, like Starburst.

Or they have promotions linked to major sporting events, like Wimbledon, or the Champions League football.

Evolution Live Casino

The Evolution Live Casino comes with 8 games.

  • Live Blackjack – Blackjack comes in just one format. It’s a game played with 8 decks to Vegas Rules. All tables come with a complete range of side bets, Perfect Pairs, Bet Behind and 21+3. There are loads of tables to choose from, with low stakes games at the Party Blackjack table up to the VIP tables where stakes start at £100 a hand.
  • Live Roulette – All the games are European Roulette and there are essentially 3 different choices of tables. The standard Roulette table is Evolutions Immersive Lite and they also have the full Immersive Roulette option. French Roulette with La Partage can be played and if you like Auto Roulette there are two versions, again La Partage is an option.
  • Baccarat – Baccarat comes in three versions, standard Baccarat, Baccarat with the dealer Squeezing the cards and Controlled Baccarat Squeeze, where the player can squeeze the cards. All the games look super in the HD format, and in my opinion are the best Baccarat games you’ll play against a dealer in Europe.
  • Casino Hold’em – This is the most popular poker derived game at Evolution. It’s played with one deck of cards. One player and one dealer hand is dealt, followed by 5 community cards. The best 5 card poker hand wins.
  • 3 Card Poker – This classic game is the same as you’ll find in most land based casinos. It doesn’t come will all the sidebets you’re used to and you will have to play the Ante bet to play. nevertheless it’s a cracking game and one of my favourites.
  • Caribbean Stud Poker – This is a multiplayer game. One player hand is dealt that plays against the dealer’s hand. The best poker hand wins.
  • Ultimate Texas Hold’em – The newest of Evolutions Poker games and fast becoming one of my go to games. I love the fact you can bet after you’ve see the cards dealt. The Trips side bet is where the real money gets paid. Be prepared to bet hard and following the playing strategy to get the most from the game.
  • Dream Catcher – A different type of live action game. This is essential a wheel of fortune type game, where you’re betting on what number the wheel will stop on. The payouts differ depending on the frequency of the number s on the wheel. A unique Multiplier can be applied to a win to give some really big payouts.

NetEnt Playability

The playing experience at the Netent live casino is different. You get a very modern looking interface and playing environment, in fact it’s quite a departure from the more traditional view and will probably not suit everyone. However I like it.

All of the on screen information can be hidden and you’ve got the ability to access a mini lobby without moving away from the game you’re playing.

Betting limits are broad across all games, but I think they have missed a trick with keeping the minimum bet on the 7 seat blackjack so high.

I prefer playing this version more than the unlimited, so I’d probably seek out another live casino where the minimum stakes are a bit more friendly.

Evolution Playability

It’s difficult to find a fault with the Evolution playing interface.

The streaming quality is excellent and auto adjusts depending on your connection speed. At the top end you’ll get HD streaming and at the bottom you’ll get something playable using less bandwidth.

The games lobby is laid out very simply, navigating to the games is really easy.

If you select Blackjack the tables with seats will be displayed to you first. You can join a table in the lobby rather than waiting for the table to load before taking your seat.

There’s a multi screen option for those that like to play multiple tables at the same time.

Customer Support

Customer support is based in the UK and they responded very quickly when I contacted them on a number of occasions on Live Chat.

However support is currently only available between the hours of 10:00 am – 22:00 pm 7 days a week.

Whilst I can sort of understand why, in this day and age if you’re using Internet services you expect support to be available on a 24 x 7 basis and certainly if you’re playing at online casinos.

However they do have plans to introduce 24/7 but are keen to get it right before doing so.

There are a good variety of banking methods available to deposit and withdraw money.

Depositing is easy enough and the money appears in your player account very quickly.

Withdrawals on the other hand take an age to be processed.

There is an obligatory 48 hour pending period when you have the ability to reverse your withdrawal.

There is no opportunity to Flush your money so you don’t have to wait the 48 hours, although there are plans to introduce this at a future date.

Watch out, on your first withdrawal you’ll need to verify yourself and provide documentation on who you are.

This process takes about 24 hours once your documents have been submitted.

The good thing is you are kept informed of progress all through the process, so whilst the timings may not be that palatable the customer service is very good.

It’s encouraging to see that Cyber Club live casino is licensed in Curacao and also hold one of the new UK licenses issued by the UK Gambling Commission.

This new license requires casinos to operate at a higher level than perhaps they were used to so this is a really good thing for players to see.

Bonuses & Loyalty

The casino doesn’t offer live casino players any form of incentive to sign up. Slots players do get a welcome bonus, details of which you can find on the home page of the website.

Loyalty points are awarded for play and these can be exchanged for bonus cash and other promotions.

I’m quite impressed that Cyber Club has two Live casinos.

I’m a little disappointed that they don’t have any dedicated tables at the Evolution solution.

Withdrawal times are a bit long, but the customer  support I received all along has been very good, albeit they are closed during the evenings and at weekends.

I’d say that this is a Live Casino worth checking out if you just want the basics and nothing more.
