Evolution Gaming has released it year end results for 2019 and they continue to be impressive. 12 Month revenues have increased by 49% over the last 12 month period.

Evolution Gaming released its Year-end Report for January-December 2019.

Overall it’s been another very successful 12 months: Here are the numbers.

Full-year 2019 (2018)

  • Operating revenues increased by 49% to EUR 365.8 million (245.4).
  • EBITDA increased by 70% to EUR 182.9 million (107.7), corresponding to a margin of 50.0% (43.9).
  • Profit for the period amounted to EUR 149.7 million (83.5).
  • Earnings per share before dilution amounted to EUR 0.83 (0.46).
  • The Board proposes a dividend of EUR 0.42 per share (0.24).

Evolution by the numbers

  • Evolution has more then 8000 employees and 700 tables that serve over 200 customers.
  • Several new customers signed – Flutter Entertainment with brands Paddy Power and Betfair, Parx Casino and Penn National Gaming.
  • Agreements with new operators in Pennsylvania and the process to build a studio in Pennsylvania is ongoing.
  • New Games and Studio Expansion in New Jersey.
  • New studio in Malta now fully operational increasing table capacity.
  • 12 New Game titles showcased at ICE 2020, including Crazy Time and Mega Ball Entertainment games and Craps for the US Market.
